Data Backup

You can create unlimited data in Xin Invoice software. Data Import function for Customer and Inventory Database is available too to save your effort to create into the system one by one manually.

Security Control
As Xin Invoice is standalone program for single user, only one password is available. This feature can be turned on or off. Once it is turned on, only user who can provide the password will be able to access to the data.

Recurring Invoice
Some businesses require recurring invoice, where the same invoice to be sent to the customers repeatedly. In Xin Invoice, you may set the invoice to be recurred according to the period (day, month or year). The invoice will be generated automatically later.

Tax
You can create multiple tax rates in Xin Invoice. You can set up to 2 taxation at a time. Xin Invoice able to support Retional State Sales Tax(US) , GST (Australia, New Zealand, Canada) and VAT (UK, South Africa). In fact, you can define your own tax and rates easily.

Multiple Companies
Xin Invoice supports multiple companies. If you have more than 1 company and you have only 1 employee to manage your company documents, don't worry. You need only one copy of Xin Invoice license, and you create switch to different companies in the same program easily,

Report
While for reporting, Xin Invoice provides easy render real time Sales Report (Sales by Customer, Sales by Month, Sales Profit etc), Payment Report (Unpaid Invoice, Payment Received, Overdue Invoice etc), Chart and etc. All reports can be exported to other format like PDF, Excel, Doc or HTML easily.

Attachment Functionality
